I am here. We have not really talked about the daily camping details, but it might just be best if we all came prepared for a week of self sufficient camping. If we need to ditch a tent or stove or two at the last minute, we can. We can share food depending upon if we all hike together, or if we divide the team. This seems to give us maximum flexibility.
As for the route, it seems like most everyone wants to hike the option 3 from my last post, i.e. bushwack the start and end of the trip, and hike the trail in the middle. From the maps I have reviewed, and the photos I have reviewed, both satellite and ground, the terrain seems pretty straight forward. However, if we start bushwacking and we hit neck high briars, I am open to immediate and drastic revision of our plans.
I think that the region just got a bunch of snow, which might or might not ease the water situation.
